Terms of Service
Frith Enterprise LLC · Last updated November 1, 2026
These Terms govern Frith Enterprise LLC's DIY and Pro subscription software services, including Frith Remodel Assistant, operated by Frith Enterprise LLC, an Indiana limited liability company. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so. You must be at least 18 years old.
Software, not construction services
Frith provides project planning, budgeting, material estimates, schedules, and organizational tools. We do not perform construction or provide licensed engineering, architectural, inspection, or building-code approval services. Estimates and automated recommendations are preliminary and may be inaccurate. Before performing structural, electrical, gas, plumbing, or other potentially hazardous work, consult qualified professionals and obtain required permits.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your login details confidential, provide accurate account information, and do not use the service to violate laws, attack systems, upload malicious material, or access another user's information. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
Your projects and our software
You retain ownership of information, documents, and photos you upload. You give us permission to store, process, back up, and display them to provide and support the service. You are responsible for obtaining permission to upload information about others. The software, designs, and Frith branding remain the property of Frith Enterprise LLC or applicable licensors; using the service does not transfer software ownership.
Subscriptions and payments
Frith Enterprise LLC offers subscriptions for access to its DIY and Pro software. Current advertised introductory prices are DIY: $14.99 per month or $119.99 per year and Pro: $39.99 per month or $399.99 per year. Prices are in U.S. dollars; applicable taxes or other clearly disclosed charges, if any, are additional. The selected plan, charge amount, billing interval, renewal terms, and the payment provider's final checkout disclosures govern a new purchase and must be shown before you authorize payment. A plan selection on our website by itself does not charge your card or activate a subscription.
Future price changes
Subscription prices and plan offerings are subject to change. We may revise advertised prices for future purchases. For an existing paid subscription, any change to your recurring price will be disclosed in advance as required by applicable law and your subscription agreement, and any consent required by law will be obtained before the change takes effect. A newly advertised price does not retroactively change amounts already paid or authorize an undisclosed increase to an existing subscription. Your applicable price and renewal details will be presented in your subscription or checkout records.
Renewals, cancellation, and refunds
If your selected plan renews automatically, the billing frequency, renewal amount or method of determining it, and how to stop future charges must be disclosed before purchase and accepted by you. You may request cancellation of future renewals by contacting [email protected]; where your Square subscription or account presents a direct subscription-management or cancellation option, you may also use it. We will process valid cancellation requests and stop future recurring charges as required by applicable law. To avoid another renewal, submit a cancellation request before the applicable renewal charge; if a charge is made after an effective cancellation, contact us for correction. Any refund rights, including mandatory statutory rights, apply notwithstanding contrary checkout language. We will not impose undisclosed cancellation fees or require the purchase of another service to cancel.
Independent Pro businesses and unpaid invoices
Pro provides software tools for independently operated businesses to create and track estimates, invoices, customer communications, and payments. The subscribing business—not Frith Enterprise LLC—is ordinarily the party to its own customer service contracts and owns its invoice claims, performance obligations, and customer payment disputes. Frith Enterprise does not guarantee a subscriber's invoice will be paid, collect that debt by default, or decide whether a customer lawfully owes an invoice. This does not limit Frith Enterprise LLC's responsibility for its own software, billing, security, payment-processing errors, or obligations that cannot legally be waived.
Service availability
We may change or maintain the service and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We will endeavor to communicate significant changes when practical.
Disclaimer and legal rights
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” without guarantees of fitness for a particular project or accuracy of estimates. We are not responsible for construction decisions made solely from software output. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Changes and questions
We may update these Terms and post a revised date. Material changes will be communicated when required by law. For questions or account requests, contact [email protected].
